AN INTIMATE EVENING WITH SUE ELLEN
Monday night at 8 PM Eastern
Every life has a story.
Some stories travel through cities, careers, friendships, heartbreak, advocacy, creativity, music, theater, and more than a little karaoke.
Monday night, we spend An Intimate Evening with Sue Ellen.
Born in Massachusetts and blind since birth, Sue has built a life that has taken her from New England to New Mexico, Ohio, Florida, and ultimately Kentucky.
Along the way she has been a writer, advocate, performer, community leader, actor, singer, museum educator, theater professional, and podcaster.
But those are only the labels.
Monday night, we want to meet the woman behind them.
We will talk about growing up blind, finding her voice, navigating education and employment, discovering advocacy, chasing creative dreams, relationships and loss, the places she has called home, and the role music has played throughout her life.
We will also explore the unexpected roads that eventually brought Sue back to performing, into the world of community karaoke and Behind the Music, and finally to Next Generation Entertainment Soaps, where a longtime dream of becoming a podcaster became reality.
There will be laughter.
There will be music.
There will be memories.
And there may be a few stories even those of us who know Sue have never heard before.
This is not an interview.
It is a conversation.
It is a journey.
It is An Intimate Evening with Sue Ellen.
