May I… Meaningful and Mindful
Presented by the Sunday Edition Family of Podcasts

There is a quiet question waiting for many of us beneath the noise, beneath the pressure, beneath the constant movement of survival and responsibility.
May I
May I pause.
May I breathe.
May I feel what I am feeling without apologizing for it.
May I exist for a moment without needing to justify my humanity.
In this deeply reflective and emotionally grounded conversation, the Sunday Edition Family of Podcasts joins in partnership with Bold Blind Beauty to launch the very first conversation in our new series:
May I… Meaningful and Mindful. 🌿✨
This is not a conversation about perfection.
It is not about pretending everything is fine.
It is not about polished wellness culture or performative positivity.
This is a conversation about presence.
Hosted by Anthony Corona, this meaningful discussion invites participants into a calm, judgment free space centered on mindfulness, emotional honesty, intentional living and sustainable self awareness in a world that often demands constant emotional output from all of us.
Together we explore what mindfulness actually looks like in real life.
Not in theory.
Not in curated social media squares.
But in the middle of stress, advocacy, caregiving, disability, identity, burnout, relationships, grief, joy and survival.
The conversation opens with a simple but surprisingly powerful question:
“What does mindfulness mean to you personally, and what do you do to be intentionally mindful in your daily life?”
From there, the discussion unfolds into deeper emotional inventory and guided self reflection.
Anthony introduces the idea that mindfulness begins with intentional awareness.
Not autopilot survival.
Not shallow answers.
But honest emotional check ins that allow us to recognize what we are carrying before it spills into every part of our lives.
Throughout the episode participants explore questions such as:
“What am I feeling right now?”
“Why am I feeling what I’m feeling?”
“Do I truly want or need to continue feeling this feeling?”
“What emotions should I hold onto, and which ones should I release in order to move forward intentionally and healthfully?”
The conversation also examines the difference between reacting and responding, how emotions can both protect and trap us, and how mindfulness can create space between feeling and action.
Listeners are encouraged to consider how intentional actions support intentional emotions.
If we want peace, what behaviors support peace.
If we want clarity, what habits move us toward clarity.
If we want healing, what patterns may be standing in the way.
The second half of the conversation shifts into a broader overall life inventory and the importance of creating mindful environments that allow us to reconnect with ourselves.
Whether it is an Epsom salt foot bath with essential oils, soft music playing beside freshly cleaned sheets, sitting barefoot in the grass, lighting a candle at sunset or simply turning notifications off for twenty uninterrupted minutes, the discussion reminds us that mindfulness does not always require silence.
Sometimes mindfulness is simply giving ourselves permission to hear ourselves again. 🕯️🌅
The episode also explores:
Burnout versus balance.
The guilt many people feel when prioritizing themselves.
The emotional exhaustion of advocacy and caregiving.
How marginalized communities often remain trapped in survival mode.
And the reminder that rest itself can be productive.
At its heart, this conversation is an invitation.
An invitation to pause.
To notice.
To reconnect.
To ask ourselves difficult questions with compassion instead of judgment.
Because mindfulness is not about disconnecting from the world.
It is about remaining connected to ourselves while moving through it.
The goal is not emotional perfection.
The goal is awareness.
The goal is honesty.
The goal is intentional living.
And sometimes the most powerful question we can ask ourselves is simply:
“May I?” 🌿
Participants and listeners are encouraged to continue their own mindful inventory beyond this conversation, not only during moments of crisis, but also during moments of gratitude, joy, uncertainty and transition.
