Take charge of your physical, mental, and emotional health. ACB Next Generation and ACB’s Get Up, Get Moving invited attendees to learn about the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Participants stretched out their bodies with:
·        Leslie Spoone, a Certified Fitness Instructor
·        Koni Sims, a retired Medical Massage Practitioner
·        Terry Suarez, a Certified Respiratory Therapist
 
The attendees then energized their spirit by learning to relax! Participants also shared their best practices for self-care.
