Get ready for another cooking adventure. This time: Orange Chicken Panda Express Copycat. If Cooking along, you will need the following: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1 tablespoon orange zest 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 2 green onions, thinly sliced Mixing bowl Skillet or Frying pan I take requests for future recipes or if you want to present a cooking demo.
