Amanda Selm will discuss how she has adopted healthy habits and continues to reap benefits. Patricia Maddix will share how she successfully manages her relationship with food while living with Diabetes. Lastly, Pam Shaw will talk about her emotionally driven relationship with food. Together, let’s nourish our minds and explore the profound connection between food and our thoughts.
