July 7, 2025Ever wonder how smartphones, apps, and websites become accessible to people who are blind or have low vision? Join T-Mobile’s Accessibility Resource Center for a guided journey behind the scenes, where you’ll hear the real story of how digital access is made possible – from the ideas to the coding, testing, and teamwork it takes. We’ll share how T-Mobile works to build digital tools that work for everyone – including a peek into our open-source resource called MagentaA11y, which helps our developers create websites that screen readers and other assistive tools can navigate with ease. You’ll also experience a unique training tool we created called Accessibility 101, a fun and interactive way our employees learn what it’s like to use digital products with a disability. Whether you use a screen reader yourself, help others use technology, or are just curious about how accessibility happens in big companies, you’ll come away with new insights and stories from the people doing the work. Presenter: Brianna Burrows, Digital Accessibility Manager
