Help Cigna and Express Scripts improve their digital accessibility

Cigna and Express Scripts will be conducting a usability study focused on improving digital accessibility during the 2023 American Council of the Blind Conference and Convention. They are looking for volunteers who regularly use a screen reader on their computer and/or mobile phone. Participants will walk through a number of tasks and provide feedback regarding the experience. The study will take place Sunday July 2nd and Monday July 3rd. Individual sessions are by appointment only and will last about an hour. Participants will be compensated with a $100 electronic gift card for completing a session.
