If Cooking along, you will need the following: • 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces • 1 cup buttermilk • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1 teaspoon onion powder • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional) • Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for coating I take requests for future recipes or if you want to present a cooking demo.
