This three on three sport can be played recreationally or competitively. Yes, it’s challenging. Yes, it’s physical. And you better bet it is extremely fun! During this three hour session we will learn how to play, what are the adaptations to the game, and even will give you plenty of opportunity to strap on some pads and give it a try in a real game. Bring the entire family!!!

This will be a great time to hear from some of our Health Heroes, socialize with members of ACBDA, Get Up and Get Moving and Brenda Dillon Walk organizers and friends!
