STRIVE4YOU would like to invite everyone to join us for this virtual workshop as we explore all the exciting recreational and sporting activities that are available for the VI/Blind. Together we will take a look at simple adaptations to make your leisure, recreation, and fitness activities more inclusive. Whether you’re a parent, college student, senior or a disabled veteran there is so much out there to get you off the couch living life to its fullest, and you might accidently get healthier both physically and mentally in the process!
