  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 3 egg whites, lightly beaten.
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
  • Two mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • baking sheet
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • oven
