In this informative session, participants learned some strategies for communicating with Hispanic taxi driver, including essential Spanish words and phrases you should know, tips and tricks for communicating without using Spanish, and the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding electronic translators and translation apps. Attendees came prepared to take lots of notes and/or record the session so that they will have this information for future reference.
